Join us for the grand finale of TYPO3 Developer Days 2024! After three exhilarating days filled with coding, sessions, and workshops, we invite you to unwind and celebrate at our Social Event. Set for Saturday, 3 August 2024, from 7 PM till the late hours, this closing night will wrap up the excitement after the awards for the best talk of T3DD24 have been handed out.
Dive into a beach-themed atmosphere where every detail, from the surfer-style currywurst to the rhythmic beats of DJ Dennis, promises to enhance your experience. Enjoy a sumptuous selection of dishes and drinks inclusive until midnight, as we toast to getting smarter for the future in the TYPO3 community.

An Idea Turns Into Reality: Kevin Gets Tattooed Live!
You Too Can Get Inked at T3DD24
What started as a harmless idea in Dresden at the speed dating session of TYPO3 Camp Mitteldeutschland is now becoming a reality in Karlsruhe. One of the attendees, web developer Kevin Schüler from Magdeburg, will get the TYPO3 logo tattooed live at T3DD24. Be there when the tattoo heroes from Karlsruhe take action and carry out this unique event live on site!

- Time: 10 AM - 6 PM
- Location: Event floor at the basement level of GenoHotel
Kevin will receive his self-chosen TYPO3 tattoo at 10 AM. Afterwards, our tattoo artist from Tattoohelden in Karlsruhe, Germany, will be at your service to provide you with your own tattoo, exclusively available on site.
*Note: In reference to the TYPO3 Surfcamp, we want to donate to the animal welfare organization amicab in Fuerteventura. The tattoo itself is free of charge, we appreciate your voluntary donation.
How Can You Participate?
Register now and secure a slot!
- Designs: You choose your tattoo, but it needs to be small and in the fineline style.
- Templates: A selection of pre-made designs is available upon request; some are TYPO3-related, while others are not.
- Submission: The desired design must be submitted in advance.
- Slots: Slots between 10 AM and 6 PM are assigned upon registration.

The first slot goes to Kevin; then the slots will be assigned. Depending on the chosen design and adhering to strict hygiene standards, the tattoo artist aims to complete at least one tattoo per hour.
Remember: The design should be small, in the fineline style, and submitted before the event.

Last year, Ralf Merz, aka t3quetsche, had us all mesmerized with his squeezebox (or as the Germans call it, Quetschkommode) during the 2023 Dev Days, keeping the music alive until the early hours.
By popular demand, he's back to serenade us once more, right after the Friday night tattoo event. Get ready to witness the special talents of this gifted musician who blends his passion for music and coding into a unique experience.
