Can I register and buy a ticket on-site?
As long as the ticket contingent is not yet exhausted, there will be the possibility to register and buy a ticket on-site. However, this is only possible with cashless payment.
Where can I buy a ticket on-site?
Right in front of the entrance you’ll find a booth which will be selling tickets (if the ticket contingent is not exhausted)
Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?
In case of not being able to attend, we accept refund requests 30 days prior to the event.
I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements; can you accommodate me?
The hotel can take into account the most common allergies and offer something accordingly. However this should be coordinated in advance with the hotel individually.
Can my spouse and children attend too?
Of course. Please contact us if you want to come with your family. We will try to organize and offer a small family guidance for those days around.

Are EarlyBird discounts available?

Is it noisy in the evening hours or at night?
During the evening, people are sitting outside. We'll try to remind the attendees to behave respectfully, but we cannot ensure whether they do so. If you need to go to bed early, bring some earplugs.
Is there air conditioning?
We hope to have nice warm weather, but there are no air conditions. Most rooms are equipped with ventilators and some have a small balcony.
